One of the very best aftermaths of the implementation of online learning is converting non-participating student to actively participating one. According to a study, the percentage of ‘shy-students’ or inactive students in classroom is little more that 40 percent. Many of them are too diffident to answer the questions asked by the teacher in the face-to-face classroom even if they know the answer very well. Online learning is leveraging the use of social networking sites and online discussion boards to ask, answer, report, share and learn in real-time.
